Whether you are busy at the Karl Franzens University or planning a sightseeing trip - this apartment is ideally located. It is located in a Wilhelminian style house in the middle of the lively university district and only a short walk from the historic center. In your street you will find numerous restaurants - from vegan to Japanese - as well as bakeries, supermarkets and coffee houses.
You can expect a top-renovated and completely newly furnished apartment. A small anteroom leads to the spacious living room with a double bed, a dining area and a living area with a pull-out couch. This offers space for 1-2 children. The flat-screen TV is easily visible from both the double bed and the sofa. From the living room you have a beautiful view of the nearby Leechkirche.
The nearby city park invites you to a jogging tour.

The building is old and a bit shabby but the apartment is bright and in good condition. The kitchen door to the balcony could use a curtain for privacy. Parking is a problem. From 0900 to 2000, the entire district turns into a "short-park zone," necessitating the purchase of parking tickets that must be displayed on the dashboard and allow a maximum of three hours parking. It is expensive and a hassle and the parking police regularly patrol, looking for offenders. The University is just down the street and the district is much more oriented to bicycles and public transportation. Angela was most responsive when the water boiler and the internet failed during our stay.
