This is a brand new home for 5 in the heart of Athens!

The renovation completed on the summer of 2022 and you can find us at the famous and historic area of Plaka!

The apartment is located in a very strategy place, in Plaka, just under Acropolis. This is not a joke at all, you will be in the heart of Athens and I mean it!

The apartment has a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms with a flat TV each and two bathrooms!

The whole property is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7. For the winter there is the option for heating with natural gas with extra cost .

Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.

Entire property has free Wi-Fi!

We had a great time in Athens. George was amazing at coordinating all of our transportation and check in process. The condo location was perfect and walking distance to everything. Our only complaint was the little bugs in the master shower. Otherwise perfectly clean and cool and lovely.

We couldn't have been more satisfied with our accommodations and visit to Athens. From the moment we arrived(2 adults and a tween), we had excellent communication with George for the property and the driver who picked us up. We took advantage of booking airport transportation with George. We all slept well on the comfortable beds. This location was excellent, as you could walk everywhere. You can hear the action happening from the restaurants, but we liked it. We opened our window to listen to the live music for a bit, and then we had no problem going to sleep when we wanted to. We hope to return to Athens and would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I (kids ages 16, 14, 12) stayed at the lovely apartment during Easter week for 5 nights could not have asked for a better apartment and better location! The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had which was a great bonus and put our minds at ease. The apartment was spotless and more roomy than we even expected. The rooftop balcony with the view of the acropolis was amazing! The apartment is located in the heart of Plaka with many shops and restaurants so there were no shortage to choose from. The apartment is even better than advertised! It is incredibly clean and spacious and located in the fantastic Plaka district. We didn't do any cooking, but if you choose to, the kitchen is enormous with modern appliances. Even though it was a bit cold to spend much time on the rooftop terrace, it was lovely to have it available to us and on the first night we sipped some wine while marveling at the illuminated Acropolis in the distance. There are many restaurants and stores in the neighborhood but of course you''ll also want to venture into other parts of the city as well. The apartment is located across the street from a cafe that employs Greek musicians and on any given night you can walk out the door and being serenaded by beautiful music. You can even hear the singing and playing while sitting in the living room, although the sound is a bit muffled inside. George, the owner of the property was easily reached when needed and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. You can use either codes or keys to access the apartment and we loved having that option. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to book this property!

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO rental in the heart of the Plaka. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything we wanted to see and do in Athens, all within a 15-minute walk. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and communicative, making our stay even more enjoyable. This place lives up to all our expectations. Beautifully presented, lots of space, a haven in the business of the city. Right on a square and pedestrian street, lots of restaurants and cafes. Easy walk to the Acropolis and other major sights. Whilst the area is touristy, it is a great place to be. There are many good restaurants and cafes around. Good communication from our host. The roof top terrace is excellent. Great view of the Acropolis and a place to unwind after a day in the city. Highly recommended.

Perfect location, Clean, Well-equipped, Great A/C and Water Temp/Pressure, Separate Washer & Dryer…who could ask for more. George met us at the property and gave a thorough overview of everything. We also used George to coordinate airport pick-up and transport to cruise port at the end of our stay. All flawless. The beds were very comfortable and I slept better here than I do in my own bed back home. A little noise from outside in the main bedroom, but not enough to keep me from falling asleep. Highly recommend. Grocery store is super close. We didn’t cook, but did use the coffee makers and laundry every day! Great for a group of 5 or less. Second bedroom is connected to a stairwell to a loft/attic bedroom space perfect for kids.

It was a beautiful upgraded apartment in the middle of a very nice neighborhood. It had all the amenities you need. There was a beautiful rooftop terrace that you could go up to with a view of the Acropolis. Great to go up and have a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing.

We have stayed at this apartment numerous times. It is right in the Plaka. It is modern, spacious, clean, convenient. Despite being in the middle of it all, it is a quiet apartment. We thoroughly enjoy staying there. Service is excellent! Hosts are very responsive and very helpful! Communication was excellent with everyone! We have had self check in before and we loved it because we did not have to worry about coordinating with anyone to meet with us. All of the information was provided prior to our arrival and it was so convenient! Please continue to provide this service as self check in all the time instead of sometimes.

The home is beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, clean, bright and has a rooftop with a view of the Acropolis. We took the metro from the airport and walked just a few blocks to the apartment which is located on a pedestrian-only street that is well-lit and filled with interesting shops and restaurants. The apartment is centrally located, an easy 5-minute walk to an Acropolis entrance and convenient to most historical and cultural sites. The owner made check-in and check-out effortless, responded immediately to all queries and requests, and was attentive to every detail--a well-stocked kitchen, new washer/dryer, hair dryers in bathrooms, and extra blankets in the closets. I travel often and have rented many VRBOs but this remarkable apartment exceeded all expectations and offered outstanding value for the money. The property is located on the 1st floor, up one flight of stairs from the street, and the second bedroom is on a lower level a short flight of steps down. I hope to return and have already recommended this property to several friends and family members.

We were so happy when we walked in to your Plaka property! Not only was it beautifully furnished but it was sparkling clean. The fact that we could open the windows and look down on the streets and see the restaurants, people and hear the music was great but sitting on the roof top in the evening was especially lovely. Overall, we enjoyed the apartment very much. Very clean and in a great location. There were a couple times when there was a lack of communication. There was not enough toilet paper, we had to buy more. There was no napkins or paper towels. Not aware we had to buy our own. Also, had to buy more laundry soap. We absolutely loved this property. Located in the Plaka, just a 5 minute walk to the entrance of the Acropolis and acropolis museum. The apartment has every modern convenience- large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Toasters and coffee maker, as well as electric tea kettle and nespresso machine. Lovely comfortable beds with each bedroom having its own toilet/shower/sink and a handy toilet only bathroom by front door. We were provided small hand soap and body wash, shampoo. Towels and hand towels provided. Super clean. There are three large TVs in the apartment. One block to the grocery store- but if you don’t want to cook- you are surrounded by restaurants/tavernas. All dishes and glasses/ cups provided are beautiful. And the roof top has a table and chairs and awesome view of the acropolis.The location to take trash out was about a block away. The front bedroom does hear some sounds from restaurants and street but we seriously didn’t have any issues with it. Lots and lots of windows and light! The curtains block the light well for sleeping. The only utensil we needed was a spatula. You might want to buy or bring paper towels, and wash cloths if needed. There is another small room with couch that could work as a bed. The outside door and inside door work with punch key so we could go to different locations and not have to worry about getting into apartment. We felt very secure in this apartment. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our family came to George's beautiful apartment at the end of November 2023 with high expectations based on what we saw online and the great communication from George. We found all aspects even better than anticipated and would come back in a heartbeat. The apartment is clean, spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. The check in process went very smoothly with John and we had the best meal of our whole European vacation based on a recommendation by John. The location in Plaka is hard to beat - gorgeous view of the Acropolis from the rooftop patio and easy access to everything! At other stays on our European vacation, we struggled with the beds as Americans used to more than box springs, but those at George's were comfortable and we had the best sleeps of our trip. Thank you for enhancing our trip to Greece!

The flat is quite simply amazing...the views from the flat not much, but from the terrace, spectacular! Luckily, the weather cooperated. The flat is large, airy and very comfortable. You could not have asked for a better location. Right in the heart of Plaka. My husband and friend were running the Athens marathon, which is why we chose this location to be close to the race activities. We always prefer to rent a flat in order to be more comfortable and the ability to prepare light, healthy meals, especially pre-race. The flat has a brilliant kitchen with ample pots/pans/dishes however, there were no pot holders, dish cloths, knives, or any other kitchen utensils such as spatulas or spoons to stir or turn a meal. In other words, no way to prepare a meal. If you are booking this space with hopes of utilizing the kitchen, I'd look elsewhere. Other than that, the flat is awesome. I would also recommend to the owner to have bathroom wastebaskets with lids. Athens is one of those places where you can't flush toilet tissue....the lidded trash is a must! My rating on cleanliness comes from 2 inches of build up on the baseboards and some unidentified substance stuck to the bathroom door frame...gross. We wouldn't rent again simply for the inability to cook in. If the kitchen isn't your thing then this would be a stellar property for you!

This is where you want to be. Nice modern apartment right in the middle of everything. Kitchen has coffee maker, Nespresso machine, microwave, and refrigerator. Washer and dryer. Master bedroom has a comfortavle bed and full bathroom. Second bedroom is comfortable and had a full bathroom right next to it. Apartment also has a half bath. Rooftop deck has great views! George makes you feel at home. Communication was very good. He is a gentleman! We will book again. Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing time in Athens, and it was largely due to the wonderful accommodations. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was large enough for two couples with a nice living room, dining room and kitchen. We were able to pick up food for breakfast and snacks at a market just a two minute walk away. Restaurants and shops were right outside the apartment. The streets were fun and safe. Great location! Also, very responsive and helpful owner. We would definitely stay here again.

Practically 3 bedrooms , 2 1/2 baths - with a rooftop view of the Acropolis and you walk out the front door right into the fantastic Plaka district. Somethings else to take into consideration - which we did not- is how close the taxis/drivers can get to a building in Plaka. This apartment is literally about 30 sectonds from the intersection. We could not have picked a better spot. It’s even less than a 3 minute walk from a supermarket so you can grab some items to prepare meals inside the apartment if you don’t want to eat out every meal. They also arranged pickup and dropoff to the airport for us along with one of our tours. Absolutely loved doing business with them and will do it again!
