-Included with your reservation is an accidental damage protection insurance policy that protects everyone from any unexpected accidents. The full name, address and date of birth of the primary renter must be submitted within 48 hours after booking to our insurance partner, Safely.
-Bachelor and Bachelorette groups must all be over 30.
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
-Additional deposits may be required.
-Pets require prior approval and pet fee. Please inquire for more information.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

It was very good. We did have to buy a lot more toilet paper and paper towels as there was only 1 roll, but all in all it was very nice. Be prepared to bring almost all cooking utensils. We cooked mainly on a black stone.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the property to be beautiful. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, making it a great place for a family getaway. The pool, spa, and waterfall were definitely highlights, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.Unfortunately, several amenities that were advertised or expected were not operational. The electric blinds in the master bedroom didn’t work, and one window was missing a blind altogether. My husband gets up for work at 4:00 a.m., so we were really looking forward to sleeping in, but the lack of functioning blinds made that difficult.There were also multiple remotes (at least 4–6) for the lights and blinds, but none were labeled and there were no instructions. We ended up randomly pressing buttons just trying to figure out what controlled what.The biggest disappointment was that the master bathroom jacuzzi tub did not work, and a third jacuzzi tub was also inoperable. We contacted the owner, who assured us someone would come out to repair them. Unfortunately, no one ever arrived, and the owner never followed up to see if the issues had been resolved.The home itself is gorgeous and has so much potential, but with several amenities out of service and a lack of follow-up on reported issues, our experience fell short of what we expected.
