-Rental Agreement must be e-signed after 48 hours after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-Included with your reservation is an accidental damage protection insurance policy that protects everyone from any unexpected accidents. The full name, address and date of birth of the primary renter must be submitted within 48 hours after booking to our insurance partner, Safely.
-Bachelor and Bachelorette groups must all be over 30.
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
-Additional deposits may be required.
-Pets require prior approval and pet fee. Please inquire for more information.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

everything in the house was set up well for our family which included grandparents, their adult children and 2 little granddaughters. the views were fantastic and it was fl great that the boat we rented could pick us up at the dock:)

We had a great time at the property! The listing accuracy was accurate and we had no issues during our stay. The private boat dock, infinity pool, and hot tub were all big hits. We will absolutely return in the future.

Beautiful home and lake view! The size was perfect for our party of 8. Steep and unique driveway parking - not much grass for our dog to potty on, but we managed.

The lake house was beautiful and spacious enough to comfortably sleep our large group (around 16–20 people). The home itself was gorgeous, with stunning views and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It was well-equipped for a group getaway and had great outdoor spaces to enjoy the lake.Unfortunately, we did run into some issues during our stay. The air conditioning was out for a little over 24 hours, which made it very uncomfortable, especially for such a large group in the Texas heat. The pool light also wasn’t working, which made evening swims less enjoyable. For a large family, we planned to cook and they had no large pots or pans. It was crazy that such a huge beautiful home, had no pots and pans (only 2 very small pots). While these issues didn’t ruin our trip, they did impact our overall comfort and experience.This property could have been a perfect 5-star stay...but not with the issues we experienced.
