Holualoa Bay Villas, Unit#103 is absolutely GORGEOUS! This beautiful remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is right in the heart of Kailua-Kona, just across the street from the ocean, specifically gorgeous "Holualoa Bay".
Watch waves crashing against the rocky coastline, outrigger canoe paddlers and spectacular gorgeous sunsets right from your HUGE 280 square foot lanai. Lyman’s surf break, beaches and shopping all are close by!
1232 interior square feet of just gorgeousness. A comfortable fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer access, 2 large bathrooms, an Ocean Facing Master Bedroom with King Bed, & A Generously Sized Guest Bedroom as well with 2 Twin Sized Beds.
Holualoa Bay Villas is a boutique development of only 14 condos that share a large remodeled pool and hot tub, a covered barbecue area, two tennis courts and an exercise room.

The master bathroom features a large vanity with dual sinks, and a large, walk-in tile shower with glass doors. We enjoyed our stay at the condo and recommend it. It was clean, spacious, and had a lot of convenient amenities, such as a coffee maker, wine opener, dishes, pots and pans, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, and washer and dryer. The managament was fabuluous with communication and brought us extra towels. We used the kitchen a lot to cook and saved a lot of money by doing that. Our favorite thing was sitting on the large patio to eat breakfast and drink wine at night. It is across the street from the ocean, a short drive to a sandy beach, and to shops. Great location and I like that we have an assigned parking space. We also loved using the heated pool. The unit could use more amenities, such as more dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags, but we forgot to ask the management for more. There were also tiny ants that invaded the kitchen at night, but were gone by morning. Overall, it was a great choice. Photos need to be updated to show the larger patio table. We tried to use the gym, but it had a strange chemical odor.

Excellent condo rental. Location was great. Super clean, view from the patio is just like the photo. Air conditioning worked great all week. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were marginal.
