Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy being on the ocean in this beautiful remodeled top floor condo unit . Superb coastline and 180 degree ocean views. Recently remodeled, air conditioned, 1,200 sq. ft. 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with bamboo floors. The most sought after unit in the building, its top floor corner location offers the pleasant sound of crashing waves, plenty of light and soft ocean breezes from both the west and the south sides.
The condo complex, Kona Nalu, is located on Ali’I Drive and is an intimate 15-unit, 3 floor building with an ocean front pool, wifi, covered parking and an elevator.
Whether lounging on the 300 foot lanai or just relaxing inside the living room, primary bedroom, or kitchen; you can watch the surfers, the sunsets, or the spinning dolphins and whales frolicking in the blue Pacific. With a nearly constant temperature in the 80s, and a cool ocean breeze, your oceanfront Kona Beach Condo is a tropical dream.
If you are seeking local markets and historical context, downtown Kailua-Kona is conveniently located just 2 miles north of the unit for easy access to shopping, waterfront restaurants, nightlife and the famous Farmer's Market.

What an absolutely wonderful stay in Kona. The location and views were truly spectacular — the setting instantly puts you in vacation mode. The condo was beautifully appointed and thoughtfully arranged, with every detail clearly designed to make guests feel comfortable and at home. The spacious lanai quickly became our favorite place to unwind, watch the sunset, and relax to the soothing sound of the waves.What really made the experience exceptional, though, were the amazing hosts. Suzanne and Debbie went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, answer questions and make us feel welcomed the moment we walked into the condo. Their kindness and responsiveness made the stay exceptional. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway, and we genuinely can’t wait to return. Gorgeous top floor corner condo. Wonderful view with amazing sunsets. Close to beaches town and shops. Safeway and Costco both close as well as local farmers market. Space well equipped included snorkel gear and stocked kitchen. Comfortable king bed we slept like babies. Kona is amazing. The magic sands beach walking distance. Two TV one in living room and spare bedroom. Good directions and welcome folder with wonderful day trip ideas. Clear directions and host communicated well and promptly. Air conditioning was there but we did not use: we preferred to just use open windows and fans which combined were very cooling. We loved this space and felt very welcomed. I have mobility issues so couple extra things helped me a lot: place to sit outside front door to take off shoes, elevator, parking space near entrance, seat in master shower in corner, detachable shower head. Small things but all helpful. Overall top notch space and location!

Absolutely Perfect, Perfect, Perfect, the place had it all. It was clean, well kept, great views, great location. No complaints. You can't go wrong with staying here.
