Elegant and panoramic stone villa with EXCLUSIVE swimming pool (12 x 6 m with whirlpool - maximum depth 1.50 m) in the center of a lush fenced garden for total privacy and relaxation. During your stay the villa, the swimming pool and the whole garden are exclusively for you. (The owners live elsewhere).
Immersed in the greenery, the villa, dating back to the XVIII century, of 220 square meters in total, can accommodate 5/6 people.

1 large single bedroom (another single bed can be added).
Mattresses and nets are new and orthopedic.
2 full bathrooms with large windows, one with hydro-massage shower, one with tub.
Externally, adjacent to the large living room with TV and BAR CORNER, a large porch is furnished for lunches / dinners, for relaxation, for playing with children and for sunbathing until late in the afternoon .... The lawn garden, in front of the porch , it houses a small house measuring 2.5 x 2.5 m furnished with a table and chairs to entertain the children at play. Other spaces have been set up inside the garden for your outdoor lunches / dinners: in front of a wood-burning oven and at the barbecue corner there is a table 2.80 m long; near the swimming pool a round table shaded by a large rectangular umbrella (11 m2 of shade) to enjoy the panorama of the Orvieto countryside or the sunset perhaps with a good glass of wine!
There is a professional table tennis table, table football, barbecue, electric grill, WIFI internet, phone, iron and ironing board.
The swimming pool is furnished with sun beds and deck chairs; water cleaning is guaranteed by daily checks (from 7.30 to 8.30) by staff. The time of attendance of the staff is at the discretion of the guests.
The whole property is fenced and surrounded inside by a pedestrian path of about 1 km where, undisturbed, you can walk or jog.
In the immediate vicinity cellars and oil mills to taste, buy wine and oil.
Nearby, do not miss a visit to the charming village of Civita di Bagnoregio (the dying city), Lake Bolsena, the Alviano park which are 15 '/ 20' away by car. For fans of canoeing / rafting at 20 ', Lake Corbara offers excursions on the Tiber river.
Only 50 minutes to Rome or to Etruscan sites of Umbria and Lazio. Just over an hour to the sea (Porto S. charming harbor Stefano), or for art cities of Umbria such as Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto or of Tuscany and Lazio and for Etruscan sites.

Security deposit € 350.00 (it will be returned to the chech out after verification of the state of the villa and after quantifying the consumption of electricity above 80 kWh per week with relative meter).
