About this apartment rental
Spacious and modern, it’s located on the top floor of a contemporary residence with an elevator and a large car park. The accommodation features a vast glass surface and two covered terraces offering stunning views of the Bay of Algajola and the surrounding mountains.
Enjoy easy access to the beach, a helpful supermarket and a large bakery/catering shop are just two-minutes walk away. Nestled in Aregno, this penthouse is close to the charming village of Algajola, known for its picturesque atmosphere and vibrant bars, bookstore/press, restaurants and ice cream parlours. The Corsican railway station (Calvi - L’Ile Rousse liaison) is a 10-minute walk away.
The apartment comes with wifi access, two televisions and reversible air conditioning.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, large refrigerator and separate freezer. You can dine on the two terraces, each furnished with outdoor seating.
The spacious room features a 160cm bed and a mini-dressing room. The bathroom boasts a shower and separate toilet, with hair driers available.
The living room is cosy, with a sofa that transforms into a 140cm extra bed.
Household linen is included in the rental.

This is unquestionably a property which ticks all my boxes. On the third floor of a block of apartments. The communal areas are clean and well kept. The apartment itself is one to wish for in one’s dreams ! Well equipped and clean. The balconies are perfect (for me). Sun in the morning and the evening with shade in the midst of the day. Good sea views and perfect for an evening aperitif and after dinner a nightcap !
Beach is about 4-5 mins walk and is amazing. Would recommend a pre dinner swim if you don’t spend the day on the beach. The most upmarket SuperU is just down the road and a patisserie for the breakfast treat. Loads of restaurants nearby to suit every taste. The closest had food (meat and fish) cooked on charcoal every night with an amazing wine carte - quality wine and enjoyable food / right on the beach with a memorable sunset. There are better places up the beach (turn right and walk about 800m) where the menu is on a blackboard but the waiters understand wine so that you get what you ask for (go for dry white with mineral terrain - much better than the rose - OK 50 Euro a bottle, but next week we won’t be in Corsica !)

The apartment is renovated and very modern. Everything was very clean, so I felt right at home when I arrived. The pictures in the exposé correspond exactly to reality. One balcony faces west and faces the sea so I could enjoy the sunset every evening. On the other balcony you can view the mountains.
The approx. 1.5 km long beach is only a five-minute walk from the accommodation. Numerous other very beautiful and clean beaches and small bays can be reached by car very quickly. Starting points for hikes can also be reached very quickly by car, for example Foret de bonifatu and many beautiful mountain villages.
The hosts were very informative and responded to my questions very quickly. The lady at check-in was very friendly and was always available to answer questions. Everything went smoothly.
