Home features master bedroom suite with bath, laundry room, wood burning fireplace, a deck overlooking the water and stairs leading to the lake and your very own beach. Enjoy waterfowl, recreation, and gorgeous sunsets year-round! Amazingly comfortable, totally remodeled inside. We prepared the property for families, single couples, or anyone. All kitchen cooking items, BBQ station, all bathroom’s amenities. Very private, a complete home sleeps 8+ with two full baths.
The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, Three beds (one king size and two queen sizez). The house also has a large kichen, front and back porches, a front yard as well. There are lower and upper decks for a beautiful lake Matanzas view.
We also provide kayacks, paddles and life jackets free of charges for your entertaiment.

The house on the lake is very well situate with direct access to the Matanzas lake. The property is conveniently built on one level, and has great amenities to enjoy a lake getaway vacation. Fishing, kayaking and spending time outdoor is facilitated conveniently. The house itself is well provisioned with everything necessary for the stay. Welcome bar with snacks and drinks is also included. The location is awesome. There is no back and front yard, but the property is still appropriate to accommodate families with children from different age groups. In overall, good value for the price.
