Seasonal villa rentals with pool between Sainte-Maxime and Les Issambres. Our agency, specialized in seasonal rentals and established in Sainte-Maxime for four generations, offers you this beautiful villa with a pool and a lovely sea view from the upper floor, located near La Nartelle beach, available for rent for up to 8 people in Sainte-Maxime.
The villa consists of a living room with an open kitchen leading to a terrace and garden, 4 bedrooms (including 2 upstairs), 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
It features a very pleasant free-form pool (depth: 0.80 to 2.50 m), secured by a glass barrier. Covered terraces, plancha grill, pétanque court, and easy access to the nearby beach.
Wifi.
Pets are not allowed.
Household linen optional (number of guests to be specified).
Final cleaning €150 (additional charge).
Security deposit €2000 (to be paid upon arrival).
Tourist tax extra (variable amount depending on the duration, rental price, and number of occupants over 18 years old).

The villa must be returned in impeccable condition, including the kitchen area, and all trash must be emptied.
