The house is a 7-minute walk from the Trémelin recreation center and its lake, which offers countless walking trails (if you enjoy forest walks, this rental is perfect for you), and a 2-minute walk from the equestrian center. It’s a 12-minute drive from the supermarket in Plélan-le-Grand, 25 minutes from the Médréac rail bike, 40 minutes from the historic center of Rennes and the Yves Rocher Museum in La Gacilly, 50 minutes from the Château de la Bourbansais, 1 hour 10 minutes from Saint-Malo, and 1 hour 20 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel.
The house features a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with a 127-cm flat-screen TV, a bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower, a bedroom with a 140×190 double bed, a mezzanine with a reading nook and board games for the whole family, a second bedroom upstairs with two 90×200 single beds, an unfenced garden, and a brick barbecue.
A travel crib and a high chair are available, as well as a 3-wheel all-terrain stroller for your walks in the forest or storytelling walks.
