Looking for peace and greenery while remaining close to Rennes? Welcome to Le Refuge, our small independent cottage located in the countryside, near the town of Cintré.
We have completely renovated this small outbuilding located on our land to make it a warm, comfortable and functional accommodation, ideal for both a tourist stay and a business trip.
🌿 The accommodation
Le Refuge can accommodate up to 4 people.
On the first floor, you will find a pleasant living room with:
• 🛋️ a lounge area with sofa bed;
• 🍳 a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, hob, extractor, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
Upstairs:
• 🛏️ a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed;
• 🚿 a bathroom with toilet.
The accommodation also has plenty of storage space.

You can enjoy a space in the garden to relax, have breakfast or lunch outside, in a quiet and green environment.PGJyPg

Le Refuge is about 1 km from the town of Cintré, where you will find a bakery, a butcher/caterer/mini-market, a café and bus stops to Rennes.
Some travel times by car:

🌲 Brocéliande Forest: 30 min
🎡 Trémelin leisure centre: 20 min
⚓ Saint-Malo: 1 h
🌊 Vannes: 1 h 15
Numerous hiking trails also allow you to enjoy the surrounding countryside and woods.

🐾 Pets not allowed. We love them very much, but our cats and chickens regularly walk on our grounds.
🚭 Non-smoking accommodation.
🧺 The cottage does not have a washing machine, but you can use our washing machine located in the garage, with independent access. A clothesline is also available.
📅 Nightly, weekly or monthly stays
The Refuge welcomes both holidaymakers and business travellers.
