About this apartment rental
A lovely, nicely appointed, very clean ground level condo. Just yards from the base of the Mountain, it is a fully remodeled villa that has everything you need for a great adventure at the Mountain. There is parking right outside the front door making it easy to get luggage and equipment loaded and unloaded.
Close to many other condos we rent in the Mountain Villas, this condo is right at the base of the Mountain. There are three bedrooms and two full baths. One bedroom has two queens, the second has a queen bed and a full bed, and the third has a full bed. The den has recent updates with a beautiful fireplace, a full dining table with chairs and an updated kitchen with all amenities. There's also a stackable washer and dryer so you have everything you need to make yourselves at home.
A short walk takes you to all that the resort at Boyne Mountain has to offer, including the waterpark, restaurants, and shops. Or, hop in the car and be at the shores of Lake Charlevoix or the town of Boyne City in less than 10 minutes. Petoskey and Charlevoix are each 20 minutes from the Mountain.

Short walk to the slopes, restaurants, and other amenities. 2 bathrooms were clean and stocked with plenty of towels. The 5 beds were plenty for everyone in my party to get their rest between days on the slopes. The kitchen and living area space would be a bit tight for large meals or if everyone wanted to hang out at the same time. That didn’t matter to us because we kept only drinks in the fridge and snacks on the counter. We had planned to eat out anyway and loved all the restaurants. We were on the go at all times when we weren’t sleeping. It was great for some in our to be able to walk bank when they were tired for the day because it’s so close. We had a blast, and we’d definitely come back to this unit!

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Location is good for easy access to the slopes and restaurants, etc. Bed were very uncomfortable and I was surprised with the lack of supplies we usually find at a VRBO (cleaning supplies like a broom or vacuum, disinfectant cleaning spray, etc.) There is also zero storage space available for your clothing. Outside of one dresser in one of the bedrooms, we had to keep everything in our bags.
Not a deal breaker, just things that would have been helpful to know.
