This property is a charming and tastefully renovated split-level rancher with five bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths. It includes a second large living area and a second kitchenette downstairs. Enjoy wood-burning fireplaces upstairs and downstairs and the outdoor fire pit. Enjoy a stroll on our miles of walking paths along the river and through the woods, bring your kayak for a paddle. This property is also pet-friendly, so you may bring your furry friends to join you in your fun on the farm. Located only 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and in Lookout Valley, you are a short drive away from Lookout Mountain attractions and the many attractions and restaurants offered in charming downtown Chattanooga.

There were 17 of us.We had a great time and more than enough room for everyone. A Gourmet kitchen, all the bedrooms were nice and very spacious. We will be back.

The location is great, and beds are comfortable. However, there are several maintenance issues with the home. We contacted the office about the thermostat not shutting off the heat when temp was met, a leaking tub and the downstairs TV not connecting to the internet and was told they would come fix them. We never heard from them again.
Due to slow drainage in another bathroom and the leak we were only able to use 2 of the 4 showers. It is best not to count on the sofa bed near the laundry room due to the mattress sinking into a folded form. The water heater is slow to recover, and the refrigerator leaks.
If the house could be well maintained, it would be a fantastic place to stay.
