This sought after family friendly suite in a private home on the Knoll is just steps from the top of the Silver Queen Chair with great ski-in and ski-out access for all abilities and ages.
Bedroom One- Queen bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom Two- Double/Single Bunk bed (sleeps 3 and another double/single bunk (sleeps 3) - with giant closet.
Bathroom: Full washroom with shower
This cozy suite is very family-friendly with everything you need without the flash or worries about brand new upgrades. Your own private hot tub, living room, laundry and fully equipped kitchen. An affordable way to spoil yourselves.
The location is superior to most Knoll homes, it even has a flat driveway. It backs on to the multi-purpose skiway whisking you to the top of the Silver Queen chair in no time. Ski right back to your door. An easy walk along either the street or the skiway to the village, to Tube Town and the outdoor ice pond. You can park and leave your car - or you can also take advantage of the free shuttle that runs throughout Silver Star every half hour.
The hot tub is open during the winter and summer season only but not during the shoulder seasons.
If you would like more space for your group, you may also rent the upper 3 bedroom/2.5 bath suite sleeping 11 if availability permits.
Enjoy all the comforts of home in every one of our properties. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi, free on-site parking, and secure keyless entry for a smooth and convenient stay.
Chakra Chalet Suite is a fully equipped suite with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.
There are two outdoor parking spots available for your stay.
Special feature: Our unit has a keyless entry (you will be provided the access code prior to arrival). This makes it convenient for you to arrive at any time after check-in time - so if you want to check in late or come a day early arriving late at night - you could make first tracks in the morning.
Your hosts live at Silver Star, so we can ensure your holiday is everything you expected. We are also available to provide you with our "insider" tips so that you will love Silver Star as much as we do.
Maximum stay for this property is one month - want to stay longer? Just ask and we may be able to consider it.

The noise from the upstairs chalet is loud and only a result of people walking around.

The location of the chalet is perfect, the facilities are quite comprehensive, and the spa adds real value.However, the cleanliness was not up to standard (the vacuum cleaner filter was clogged, so we took it apart and cleaned it to be able to vacuum the floor), the extractor hood was ineffective (filter), the rugs had never been shaken out, and we had to clean the barbecue before we could use it (the grill had not been cleaned). The linens (towels) need to be replaced as they are frayed, and some sheets had yellow stains.Finally, the bedding is very, very worn, which is a real problem for our backs (and we are lightweights), so I think some investment is needed.With a clean apartment and good bedding, it would be worth 5 stars, but it's not there yet.
