About this apartment rental
The Mountain Hound Lodge is a two bedroom, two bathroom, 850 sq ft condo. Very comfortable and relaxing. The condo comes complete with all the amenities of home including washer and dryer. Open Living areas with large windows are perfect to kick back and enjoy the views after an epic day on the slopes. Heated wax room & bench.

The large two person private hot tub is professionally maintained on a daily basis.
Property backs onto multi-purpose trail. Both Alpine and Nordic trails branch within 300 meters or continue to the village. Complimentary shuttle will bring you back to the property after a wonder day of skiing or an evening out in the village.

This is a quaint little condo tucked a few minutes walk from the village. Master bedroom with ensuite is set-apart in the front corner (shares a wall with the other rental unit in the house. Cute little reading nook is in an alcove of windows and across from electric fireplace. Second bedroom has bunk beds and closet with stacked washer dryer. Kitchen is well equipped. Hot tub was hot and clean. Condo and linens were in good repair. Couches and Ottoman are delaminating and should be refreshed. Owners are responsive and accommodated our pet (for fee) and late checkout.
Unfortunately the stairs hadn’t been shovelled for a couple weeks, so we had to climb 1.5m high x 15m long icy embankment to enter the unit and spend hours chipping & shovelling on our first day. We also had to shovel and sand the sloped driveway daily. It was challenging to fit 2 cars abreast (1 per rental unit) due to icy snow banks. Similar to other reviews, we ran out of toilet paper and only 1 bathroom had travel-size shampoo (Your expected to bring/buy your own. As well as transport & pay for waste disposal if you stay more than 7 days). The owners are located in Ontario, so are neither aware of the daily needs of the property nor able to easily rectify issues.
