The home has a private interior courtyard and an oceanfront patio. It is beautifully decorated with a gourmet kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. This home truly has it all. Due to a severe allergy affecting a family member, dogs any kind are not permitted in this vacation home.

1028 W Oceanfront is professionally managed by Newport Beach Vacation Properties. An L-shaped, open-concept dining and living area comprises the main floor. Slide open the wall-sized glass doors to the courtyard to create a lovely indoor/outdoor space. The living area's flat-screen TV, fireplace and several comfy sofas are perfect for post-beach relaxation.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes gourmet appliances like a Subzero fridge and Viking range, as well as gorgeous white marble countertops. The dining table seats six and the marble center island is roomy and can seat four on bar stools for extra seating.
Outside in the courtyard is the four-person dining table and loveseats with a coffee table in the courtyard.
A heavy duty washer and dryer is located in the ground floor laundry room.
Choose from five lovely bedrooms. The stunning oceanfront master suite includes a private balcony, fireplace, and a spa-like attached bath with a soaking tub, waterfall shower, dual-sink marble vanity, separate water closet and a walk-in closet for stowing your luggage out of sight.
The home features a ground floor bedroom with adjacent full bath for convenience as well as a half bath just off the kitchen.
Younger guests will love the bunk room with a "secret hideaway" play place with beanbag chairs and toys, accessed through a kid-sized door.
The homes outdoor spaces accent the homes interior space: from the beachfront patio with lounge chairs to the stone courtyard draped in greenery.
Extra perks include parking for three or four cars in the garage and an outdoor shower.

We’ve booked 6 different houses on the beach up and down the Balboa peninsula over the last six years - this was by far the best. We rebooked this house for next year before we left. Most listings drastically overstate the “luxury” of the rental - that was NOT the case here. This property was vastly more beautiful than the listing. Think St. Regis, Ritz Carlton, etc. This place has high end appliances, a new grill and loads of space. The private courtyard was a favorite for our older family members looking for a beautiful place to read. The enormous garage fit our Ford Expedition rental just fine. Book this place and relax. We will continue to rent here as long as it’s available. Having the fridge stocked was a nice touch!

This is a beautiful home on the beach however it definitely wasn't worth the amount of money for the week. Weve stayed on the Boardwalk many times over the years and are local to Newport Beach. I have to say that there are much better values up and down the boardwalk.We arrived to trash from the previous tenant that was literally overflowing into the alley. It didn't get picked up for two days...even the nosy neighbors had something to say about it.The Master Bedroom sheets were all balled up and between the linens and bath towels it definitely was something i would have found at a sub-standard motel. We ditched the sheets and put down a light blanket they were so uncomfortable.The agent warned me when booking that the neighbors were overly sensitive to noise. It was our twins 21st b-day so as a courtesy we decided to do a daytime "Sunday Brunch" party for them. When the guests started to leave I went out to get a couple of items before starting dinner. I was gone for 15 minutes when the manager (George) came on property without notice and gave my wife and daughter a lashing. My wife was so upset she went straight upstairs and was in tears for an hour! Needless to say that it killed the mood and put a damper on their birthday partyI've never seen a kitchen in this price point so lacking of just about everything....not even a blender! Again the home is beautiful however for the money i paid i certainly didn't feel like it was money well spent. Next summer we will definitely look elsewhere for a better value!
