Apartment on the 5th Floor directly on the sea dike and in the middle of the harbor. The 33sqm apartment offers you a great view of the harbor and the world shipping route. From the closed balcony you can admire the passing ships even in bad weather. The living room / bedroom is equipped with a cozy seating area, a fold-away bed, radio and TV. There is also a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower / toilet and heated towel rail. An underground parking space is available in the house.
