Historic, cozy old town house with short distances to the sights of Nördlingen.
Our lovingly renovated, unique apartment is located in the center of Nördlingen in a quiet side street. The shops, restaurants, sights and the weekly market on Saturday are only a few minutes' walk away.
The beautiful apartment is located on the ground floor of our two-family house and has a living room with a cozy living area and flat-screen TV (satellite TV), a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, large vanity, an open, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, Microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, a cloakroom and a technical room with washing machine and dryer.
The apartment also has a small terrace with sun loungers and seating.
The nearest public car park is approx. 50 m away.
We provide free Wi-Fi access for our guests.
Your hosts live on the upper floor and are happy to answer any questions.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated for the holiday season. The location of the apartment was centrally located and within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and historical sights. The hosts were exceptional!

We have been travelling using Ferienwohnungen for some years now, never before we experienced the same care and attention for details from the owners. They had thought of everything, really. Thr fridge was filled, there was fresh food, Sekt, beer, water, juice, ... You don't need to hurry to the supermarkt to get everything for the first meals, everything you need is already there! They had also thought about luxury bath products. The house itself was perfect.
They had taken care of a permit for our car, so we could park it nearby without worrying!
The owners were more than kind and helpful and did everything they could to make us feel at home in their 'Altstadtoase'!
This house is a 550 year old and recently renovated gem, a place we can only recommend!
