About this apartment rental
Duplex apartment with a rooftop terrace, fully renovated and decorated in a modern and elegant style, located in an exclusive residence by the sea.
Every detail has been carefully designed to offer you a cozy and comfortable experience. The rooftop terrace is the perfect space for those who enjoy contemplation, allowing you to admire the beauty of the landscape and enjoy the tranquility offered by this unique setting.
Penthouse with stunning sea views, three terraces, two air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a cozy, modern atmosphere.
The ground floor features an open kitchen that connects to the TV lounge and dining area, a laundry room with a washing machine, an additional guest toilet, and an outdoor terrace with a table and chairs for four people.
On the upper floor, the master bedroom is furnished with a King Size bed (200 x 200 cm), a safe, and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks. The second bedroom, with a Queen Size bed (155 x 190 cm), also opens to a second terrace and shares a full bathroom with the master bedroom, located in the hallway.
Finally, on the rooftop, a terrace equipped with an outdoor lounge offers a true haven of peace and relaxation.
For your information:
Included in the rental fee: Wi-Fi internet, cleaning upon check-in and check-out. Washing machine available for your personal laundry and household linen (towels, kitchen cloths, etc.). Gardener and pool maintenance included.
For stays of less than 8 nights, no mid-stay cleaning is included. For stays of 8 nights or more, one cleaning per week is offered during your stay, with a sheet change, but no towel change.
Additional conditions,
- Electricity consumption not included: The meter will be checked upon your arrival and departure. Only the kilowatt consumption will be charged, based on the current local rate (14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD per kW), and payment is collected in cash upon check-out.
- Check-in and check-out inventory: To ensure the villa is well maintained, a team of 2 to 3 people will carry out a quick inspection of the property, including bedding, utensils, and appliances. Any lost or damaged items will be charged in cash at check-out. Our goal is to keep the property in perfect condition for the well-being of all our guests.
It is prohibited to bring speakers and play loud music. After 10:00 p.m., all noise must be reduced to respect everyone’s rest.

We really enjoyed our stay, the location is very convenient to the beach, many reteraunts, and a couple of good supermarkets. The apartment was comfortable ad the complex has two pools for the days that were a bit too windy to enjoy the beach.
The apartment was well equipped for our 4 week stay, we arrived to find a variety of fruit, several bottles of drinking water available, and the kitchen had a good assortment of pots, pans, and utensils.
We generally avoid properties that are managed by a company, but on occasion we do find ourselves booking one. In general we find managed properties to lack a personal touch, but this was an exception. The management company communicated well, provided weekly light cleaning, and seemed generally concerned with our comfort.
There were a few negatives, mainly related to property maintenance, the shower in the smaller bedroom could use a new wand (or a good cleaning) and the mount on the wall to hold the wand was broken, it generally held but fell a couple of times during our stay. The second item is the screens on the sliding doors, all of them have torn or pulled free from the edge, allowing bugs to enter through the gaps. The other item is one the owner/managment company really has no control over, but does have an effect on the stay. There are several families that live in the complex and the kids view the entire space as there own, we had to ask them multiple times to play somewhere else as they were right outside making noise.

Penthouse is beautiful and 100% as describe. Communication with Guztavo was great! Overall location is super!!!! I will return again.

It rained most days of my stay. But sitting on the balcony with the view of palm trees and ocean in the background was enough for me. The distant sound of bachata from the mosquito bar was a nice way to cap the evening before bed. I would stay there again.
