Pyatt's Pad is a quintessential Cotswold holiday cottage which sleeps four guests, in two comfortable bedrooms, with a well-appointed bathroom. This 18th century cottage has been sympathetically renovated to showcase the wonderful character features including the prominently placed, traditional stone inglenook fireplace and striking original beams. Outside, the mature split level garden has been beautifully curated in a fitting English country cottage style, with many hidden seating areas, a relaxing pond and breathtaking countryside views. Conveniently located within walking distance of Winchcombe's vibrant high street, delicious eateries and array of amenities, Pyatt's Pad is a wonderful destination to explore the area!

This two bedroom holiday cottage in Winchcombe is perfectly suited for those looking to explore the beautiful local towns and countryside with family or friends. The family friendly Cotswold accommodation is laid out as follows:

Open plan layout with exposed stone walls, inglenook fireplace with wood burner, Smart TV with Now TV access, two-seater sofa, armchair and chair
Dining table seating four, sideboard with selection of board games and window seat

Electric oven, two-ring induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, cafetière, ironing board (iron kept in sitting room cupboard) and door leading to the rear garden

Master bedroom (Sleeps 2)
Double bed, chair, mirror, chest of drawers, clothes rail and hairdryer
Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2)
Double bed, chair, chest of drawers, mirror and hairdryer
Family bathroom
Roll top claw foot bath with overhead rainfall shower, loo, basin and heated towel rail

Enclosed mature country cottage style garden and patio with arbour seat and bistro table with two chairs, unfenced, shallow (6") pond situated in a gravel area, with additional summer outdoor seating
Within the outbuilding there is a washing machine

The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under)
Bed linen and towels are provided
On street parking is available close by and a long stay car park is available within a short walk
1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided). 1 stair gate is fixed at the top of the stairs

The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

A security deposit is required at this property

Lovely picturesque cottage and garden. Would recommend for a long weekend. Few bits n bobs that were missing but couldn't fault the situation we were in, and the amenities in the town. Lovely area to visit. Thankyou

Pyatt's Pad is a delightful period cottage, conveniently located close to the town centre of Winchcombe, and very attractively furnished and well equipped. It has a magical and enchanting garden at the rear of the cottage in which you can lose yourself. Our stay was most relaxing, and the cottage one that I would like to revisit

We had a brilliant few days in this lovely cottage & beautiful garden in wonderful Winchcombe.The Corner Cupboard reopened the day of our arrival-very friendly & reasonably priced pub,others to try are the White Hart (very good roast) & the Lion.The Cheltenham bus stopped just outside the door,the railway to Broadway was a delight & the Gifford circus came to town!The weather was great which meant we could enjoy the garden after we'd been cycling.People very friendly & a good selection of shops,including a butchers & bakery.Just be careful of the low beams in the cottage!

The property is on a junction which is noisy and busy from early morning. The noise woke us up at 6am with cars and lorries continually turning in/out of the road directly facing.
Could do with a good clean, we weren’t even sure that the bedding had been changed.
Even though we knew about the low beams before we booked it, we still kept banging our heads! There are several low beams upstairs and also the back door is low.
The garden is overgrown and needs tidying.You can only see the views if sat at the end of the garden.
The property is in a good position for exploring the Cotswolds.
There was plenty of on street parking.
