About this house rental
You are in the heart of the Arcachon basin halfway between Arcachon and Cap-Ferret in the commune of Lanton which consists of the villages of Blagon, Cassy, Lanton and Taussat-les-Bains.
On foot or by bike, everything is easy!!
You can also put the car down and enjoy your holiday to the fullest!
A nearby bus line makes it easy to get around and allows you to leave the car at rest during your stay, perfect for moving freely and easily around the Bay, to Arcachon, Cap Ferret, ocean beaches and even to Bordeaux.
Villa Kinou is located in the village of Cassy in a peaceful, residential area in the immediate vicinity of the cycle path, and a few minutes walk from its small port and beaches.
This very pleasant house is located in a quiet area on a plot of 600 m2 fully enclosed and it will offer you the possibility of walks, idleness, games ...
It consists of a living room and a dining area, a fully equipped independent kitchen, two bedrooms (2 beds 140 - Baby cot available on request), two living rooms, one of which has a sofa bed, a shower room, a separate toilet, barbecue, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, freezer, shaded terraces.
The accommodation does not have bed linen or towels, it is advisable to take some with you or take an option on request. The standard width of the double beds and sofa bed of the rented property is 1.40m
Optional linen: €15 per person per stay.
The kit includes:
bottom sheets, top sheet, pillowcase, towels, bath mat, service cloths.
Less than 500m away, the town of Cassy will welcome you with its shops: bakery-pastry shop, delicatessen, delicatessen, greengrocer, fishmonger, tobacconist... and its Sunday morning market.
In the centre of Lanton, you will also find a supervised swimming pool for children 1.5 km away with CAP33 entertainment.

Supermarket, gas station and pharmacy are also 1.5 km away.
For nature and forest lovers, you can access the Landes de Gascogne forest via the cycle path that goes all around the Arcachon Bay.

The tourist office about 1km away within walking distance will allow you to rent bicycles if you wish.

Lovely property, very clean, comfortable, plenty of bedding, crockery and cutlery. Pleasant garden and a good location to access the coast road and bus. Nice artisan shops within 1km walk. Quiet place.
