Elvira Ski Haus retro style

Great space for a large family. Disappointed that we put our key in the safe lock ( we have one at home so are very familiar with how to use it) When we returned from skiing the safe lock was open and no key inside . The whole group left and returned at the same time so no one had taken it since leaving it there in the morning. We called the mobile number and there was no answer or return of call, we luckily were able to get in the back door.Disappointed about the fire wood for our stay as I had even called before leaving home as I could have taken fire wood from home.The set up was great with the rooms and beds . Cupboards need attention they are falling off the hinges . Had taken coffee beans for the coffee machine shown on the pictures on line however it was pods that was required ( different coffee machine)We enjoyed our stay , these are just little notes as we feel we paid for a certain level of service , overall we were happy thank you.
