Its a well presented and well positioned accommodation site in the Jindabyne town centre allowing walking to all major eateries and shops. The Brumby Bar below had great meals as well

The location was excellent, very quiet, close to the lake, and with convenient access to local cafes, shops, and Woolworths.

We were disappointed with the housekeeping standards during our stay, as the room fell well short of basic cleanliness. Upon arrival, the bathroom sink and bathtub were dirty, and we were left with a half used toilet roll from a previous guest. Additionally, placing the "Make Up Room" sign on our door yielded no restocking of tea, coffee, or toiletries, nor were our used towels replaced, forcing us to go to reception to fetch fresh ones ourselves. While we understand eco-friendly policies around bed linen, initial room cleanliness and basic daily restocking are essential hospitality standards that were simply not met

Location good , easy walk to lake

Well , they have lost the love for this property . Out or back window the view was the skeleton remains of a mattress , toilet paper and rubbish , an easy fix to remove. The front garden that is at the entry of hotel is unloved and full of trash . Could be such a nice hotel but needs a makeover
