Perfectly located directly across from the beach access point you can be on the sand in under 1 minute and lovely Palm Beach Restaurant by the side that offers sun loungers, delicious meals and live music during the summer season. Famous Trocadero Beach Restaurant - 5 minutes walk. You can take 30 minutes relaxing walk along beautiful boardwalk to reach Marbella town. Los Monteros Palm Beach residence offers two outdoor swimming pool areas, peaceful and secure atmosphere. It is ideal for a family holiday or romantic getaway by the ocean. Marbella centre - 5 kms. The car is recommendable to fully enjoy the area.
This light filled holiday apartment located on the 1st floor with elevator and offers three beautifully decorated bedrooms, all en-suite that can accommodate up to 6 guests (5 adults and 1 kid).
Open-plan living space with a large corner sofa, smart TV and dining area to seat six. Sliding doors lead to the spacious terrace with dining for six, making it the idyllic space to enjoy meals or drinks with unbeatable sea views and soothing wave’s sound.
The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and garden views offers everything you need to prepare and cook meals. Laundry compartment by the side with washer and dryer.
The master bedroom featuring a super king size bed, plenty of wardrobe space and has access to the main terrace. Relax and enjoy from the comfort of bed, and with the sounds and smells of the ocean drifting up from the beach, you could well imagine that you’re there. Marble ensuite bathroom includes both a walk-in shower and a bath.
Second bedroom featuring two single beds pushed together that can be separated on request. It has access to private balcony facing the sea. En-suite bathroom with natural light from the window and a bath.
Third bedroom offers one proper single bed and a kids bed (size 80cm x 160cm). This bedroom facing beautiful communal gardens and nearest swimming pool area.

Spaciousness, light in the apartment. Service from Yulia. Apartment is right on the ocean.
Pillows are synthetic and too hard. Feather pillows would be great.

The location and views were amazing.
Access to the beach was fantastic
Terrace was perfect all day with shade when needed.
Pool area was great and very clean.
Very spacious apartment with comfortable furnishings.
Great service from SeaView when we arrived later than planned.
There were just a couple of cleaning/ rust issues which we highlighted.
Some of the kitchen equipment was a bit dated and not the quality that we have experienced in other rentals in this price range. None of the above spoilt our holiday- just small improvements to make the place perfect.
