Welcome to Wayfinder, a pet-free, modern-eclectic home located on Lily Walk Promenade, backing onto a natural preservation area of Seabrook.
Freely enter your beach retreat through one of two garden gates. From the Lily Walk Promenade, you’re warmed immediately on the sunporch that has a family table for games and dinners plus a comfy chair for you to finally start that book your best friend recommended. Enter Wayfinder from the parking spot off Lily Lane and you see the hallway to the primary bedroom and en suite bath as well as the living area.
Wayfinder’s living area, with a vaulted ceiling and puffy two-piece sectional, is adjacent to the one-wall kitchen designed for a compact footprint and more living space. Right beside the Smart TV is the ladder stairway to the loft, which includes a trundle twin for sleeping and a corner desk with a bonus Smart Monitor. This desk and big-screen monitor can be used as a docking station/keyboard/mouse to plug in your laptop for a working getaway, or as a third TV with remote. Both full Queen bedrooms are steps away, so the Wayfinder restfully sleeps five.
If you’re looking for fresh air and southwest sunshine, enjoy the cobblestone patio, Adirondack chairs, and firepit surrounded by a manicured hedge and trees for relaxation and privacy. From Wayfinder’s back patio or front sunporch, you are a 3-minute walk to Compass Park and 3 more minutes to Crescent Park and the Crescent Park Indoor Pool. If you walk southeast, you’ll discover the Sunrise Outdoor Pool and Fitness Center.
For shopping, dining, and entertainment (even gaming at the arcade or rejuvenating at the spa), the town center is right up the way. You can walk the streets, stroll the promenades, and hike the trails to the beach and beyond.

This town has tons of charm. A great place to relax and take strolls around town. Restaurants and shopping are all good quality but limited. Pet friendly. There aren’t any “towns” to visit nearby. It is truly a “jewel in the rough.” You can see everything in a day. So go with the mindset of relaxation and enjoy a good book while you are there.

Very cozy and comfy house. We'll decorated and eapacious enough for a family of four. Kitchen well stocked, very nice to dine looking at the woods. Close to the indoor pool and short walk to town center. Will repeat!
