About this villa rental
This stunning villa is located on the top of a hill with beautiful sea views, not far from the sandy beaches of Pescoluse and Torre Pali known as the “Maldives of Salento”. The villa is surrounded by a large garden built on different levels, which features traditional stone walls, a large patio next to the private swimming pool, shaded areas, a barbecue, pine trees, fig trees, outdoor showers and a traditional round threshing floor. You really can’t ask for more if you want to spend your holidays outdoors.
Indoors, the house is comfortable with a mix of Scandinavian and Mediterranean design. The three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with showers. The double beds are large (160x200cm) and comfy. The living room and kitchen area look out onto the terrace that has a beautiful sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped (including a Bosch dishwasher) to prepare delicious meals “al fresco”, there is also a double sofa bed in the living room. All bedrooms have mosquito netting on the windows.
The surroundings are extremely quiet with only a few villas nearby. Previous guests enjoyed the beautiful colours during sunset and stargazing at night.
Just 2km away are the most famous sandy beaches of Puglia reknowned for their golden sand, crystal clear sea and shallow water, an ideal setting for small children. Access to the beaches is either free or through some “lidos”, which offer sunbeds, umbrellas, cafes and restaurants on the beach.
In the nearby Torre Pali or Torre Vado you find supermarkets, shops and many more options to wine & dine.
🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.
🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €140, unless you clean yourselves before departure.
🐶 Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.
💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
⚡ Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,44 on 22/06/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

- Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.

It is a stunning villa beautiful garden, view, swimming pool. Really comfortable beds.
Larger drinking glasses, more frying pans and utensils to cook with. There is no other cooking facilities apart from the gas hob.

you will need a car for this location. We did a lot of BBQ, but there are good restaurants nearby. and in May the beaches were almost deserted. It was a dreamy time.

We thought the outside area and the bedrooms are very nice - the beds are comfortable. Only two bedrooms have en-suites. The Kitchen/ living room area is very small. We missed the oven and microwave and we had assumed those items are standard and did not check properly before booking. Also there is no TV and no separate living room. The sofa bed is part of the kitchen area. The chairs are not particularly comfortable and some of the furnishing is quite worn. The sockets vary in size and only some are European fitting.
On the positive side, the management company was outstanding and their help was much appreciated.
