Guests have access to all areas including the laundry room located outside the villa, the kitchen, the living area, the spacious patios, The garden. With Free use of biciclette. Also included in the common areas of the residence are abeach volleyball courts, beach tennis, football.
Maximum availability to organize ba di transfers, excursions, and any additional extra services upon request (eg. daily cleaning, home cook)

Fantastic villa in Polignano a mare. Our host Umberto met us there and gave us a full tour of the property explaining anything we needed to know. The villa easily accommodated 5 adults and was very spacious with full amenities. Beautiful gardens also. I would highly recommend the villa to anyone interested in staying in the area. Thanks for a great stay Umberto.

Umberto, the host was wonderful. The villa was spotless. It was nice to be within a short driving distance from all the towns we wanted to visit.
We’d definitely come back and highly recommend.

We only stayed a few nights here but the villa was lovely. The outside space is exceptional and Umberto really looked after us. We had a great time and would have stayed much longer if we weren't trying to pack so much into the holiday

Beautiful house, amazing garden and view.
Absolutely everything you need and could wish for.
Umberto was very helpfull with all and every info needed.
We wish we could stay more and will certainly be back!
