L’appartement est très bien situé. La place de parking dans l’immeuble est un gros avantage. La climatisation fonctionne très bien. La literie est assez confortable.
La propreté laisse clairement à désirer. Miettes et saleté au sol et sur les chaises, bas du frigo pas propre, beaucoup de glace dans le petit réfrigérateur, coussin du canapé jauni par la transpiration des précédents locataires et pas lessivé, etc. Balai à franges complètement cassé donc inutilisable, tiroirs meubles salle de bain et chambres ferment mal et sont bancals La plaque de cuisson (4 feux) est cassée et une plaque (1 feu) a été posée dessus à la place. Les meubles de jardin n’ont rien à voir avec la photo: ils ont été remplacé par des chaises de jardin pliables et inconfortables. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont rudimentaires .
