The property it’s conveniently located near the beach and there was a grocery store and a bakery across the street, which was very convenient. We enjoyed walking to town and going to some of the restaurants and coffee shops. I kinda was nice but beautiful view from the deck. We had a few hiccups in that the condo was not cleaned yet when we arrived due to a confusion with the cleaning company and the key to the rooftop didn’t work. Sometimes communication with the owner was a bit slow but we still enjoyed the condo and had a great time!

Pros: The location was a plus—close to the beaches, private access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The Downtown area is steps away, plus tons of restaurant options. It was great having the grocery store and bakery across the street. Lots of places to visit.
Cons: The apartment was clean but needed renovation, especially the bathrooms. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will return to the area.

What a wonderful place to enjoy a marvelous beach, pool and seafood restaurants in Rincon. Even almost heaven could be more heavenly when the washer no longer leaks underneath and the hot water is reliable throughout the apartment. The listing is somewhat confusing as to which apartment you are renting. Be sure to request the 4th floor apartment for two full beds rather than a bunk bed. The views are undoubtedly better as well. But still it is almost heaven with the best beach and food experience I have enjoyed in four monthly vacations in Lovely Puerto Rico!

The rental had everything you need and it is close to everything! The pool is nice and has easy access to a beach. We will stay there again.
