The condo was great! It was extremely clean. It had a very beachy decor! The deck overlooks the pool. The rooftop barbecue area was a plus! It had lots of beach essentials, such as chairs, pool noodles, umbrellas, balls, etc... The location is wonderful. The supermarket is across the street and at least a dozen restaurants within a 10-minute walk. We would stay again!

Walking distance to beach and downtown Rincon. The condo is as listed and has a great view.

The condo had ample space. Furnished with dated and cheap furniture. NO HOT WATER and almost NO WATER at all. Noisy filters ran frequently and ran leaking water on the floors. Owner responded, but couldn't resolve during our stay. Roaches were in kitchen.
