You will find a nudist beach (approx. 2 km away) and a beach guarded by the DLRG during the season (approx. 3 km away). In the nature reserve "Geltinger Birk" you can hike and observe birds (e.g. comorants, 2 sea eagles, wild geese, great white egrets, redshanks, lapwings, dunlins,...) and unspoilt nature (highland cattle, wild horses, twisted trees, e.t.c.). The Falshöft lighthouse (approx. 2 km away), where over 300 couples get married every year, and the Charlotte mill can be used as a starting point for interesting hikes through the Geltinger Birk. The many hiking and cycling trails through the marvellous nature along the Baltic Sea or across meadows and fields invite you to enjoy relaxing hikes and cycling tours.
