Overall this place was great for our couples group I appreciated not having bunk beds piled into the other rooms and the 3 full bathrooms were a plus!! It had everything we needed for cooking, but would suggest the sign not to cook with the local water be more visible. Also the required deposit should be listed in the breakdown of Cost on the VRBO site. You have to read about it in the rental agreement. Overall great location with beach right across the street. I would be careful with little ones, the Coastal Highway you have to cross is super busy and the drivers are not very beach goer friendly… Only other suggestion is a good outside power wash everything is covered in bird poop probably common for the beach but stood out to me! Would for sure recommend to others and stay again. There was also no beach equipment like I have seen in other rentals besides a cooler so if you’re coming locally bring your stuff!’

Location was wonderful as we were hosting a wedding at Stallman pavilion less than a mile away. We did not really get to benefit from the beach. House was wonderful. I recommended to others already.
