Blue Sea Star II is a beautiful spacious beach house located in a very popular subdivision called Swan Lake.
The area is know for the close knit and family friendly atmosphere, so you will instantly feel at home. The property may be second row but beach access is as simple as walking across the small neighborhood road over street corner within few minutes walking.
The house is just as beautiful on the interior as the coastline it sits on. Spacious living, Dining and Kitchen are all open concept and flow from one another. Dining table seats 6, you can have a beautiful beach view from the living room window next to the dinning table. The Breakfast Bar seats 2 and kitchen counter seats 6. Kitchen features Granite Counter tops and Bar Top Table. This makes a great place for guest to relax and enjoy the chefs company while cooking.
Full equipped kitchen with tow fridges idea for large group gathering. Cooking utensils, dinning wares, small appliances such as wafer maker, sandwich toaster, electronic indoor grill / Panini Press are provided.
The house is decorated beautifully with paintings from living, to hallway, into each bedroom. All bathrooms are furnished with granite counter top and spacious cabinet.
Open space under house is perfect for hanging out, BBQ and enjoying the cool ocean breeze.
Bay views from the spacious cover back deck. The perfect place to watch the sunset and the birds feed. Feel the ocean breeze and watch sun rise from the large covered front deck.
Enjoy morning sunrises of the Gulf and evening sunsets of the bays. Blue Sea Star II is a great house that you will want visit year after year.
Fenced large back yard is pets friendly.
Gated front deck is kids friendly, motion sensor flood light & light rope decorated on staircase provide extra lighting in the evening.
Every bedroom is furnished with pillows, pillow shams, bed covers, sheets, blankets, and comforters. Bathroom towels, hand towels are provided. Linens are provided free to use, just remember wash them at your departure to leave clean linens for next guest. Cots and air mattress stocked inside laundry room to provide extra sleeping capacity.
Since 2018, we have done lots of improvements to this property: put on new shower unit, new sofa set in living, new washer/dryer and extra washer in laundry room, extra fridge in kitchen. New AC system ( air compressor and air handler) has been installed since 2018. New beddings (comforters and sheets) are in service since early 2019. New filtering system has been installed for entire house on Mar 2019. The filter cartridge is designated for removing sulfur & iron from well water. Water will be run through the filtering system before it getting into the house. We will continue to keep up with our properties to provide better and comfortable environments to our guests.
The house is furnished with Direct TV over 200 channels available plus local program, and DVR up to 100 hours so you can record your favorite TV show while you have fun on the beach!
5 in one game table in living for kids and adults for the raining days!
Beach toys are stocked in laundry basket downstairs.
Check in 4pm, check out 11am; some flexibility may be possible if no back to back rental going on arrival or departure day, but must be cleared by owner.
Trash pickup: Monday and Thursday.
Minimum age of responsible party is 22. Chaperon must supervise prom or graduation party.

Property was very clean and comfortable. Our young boys really enjoyed the foosball table. There were beach toys to use and we appreciated the chairs for use at the beach as we forgot ours. The house is located on the second row from the beach...good location but we weren't really sure how to access the beach as it seemed like the front row homes were all private property. Nevertheless, since there weren't many people there, we did walk across what hopefully was a "community" access. Definitely beware of the mosquitos. They were everywhere. Granted, it had just rained before we arrived, but be sure to load up on the bug repellent. And also research the season for "love bugs". We were overrun with them on the beach. They were landing on us everywhere and no amount of repellent or sunscreen warded them off. It was so obnoxious that we left the beach area early afternoon of our stay. Of course the owners can't control this but one should be prepared. I did feel the bathrooms could have been stocked a bit better. There was 1 bottle of shampoo between the 2 bathrooms, no hair conditioner and no body wash. We had to use the shampoo or the hand soap pumps (at the sinks) for body cleansing in the shower. The coffee maker is a basket type 12 cup. There were plenty of filters but be sure to bring your own ground coffee. Overall it was a good stay and we would definitely return.

The lawn had not been mowed in a while so the fence did no good for my pet. The insects inside were unacceptable. The location was great but the home needed some clean up.
