Built in 2023, this stylish Townhome is located just a few short blocks away from either the Ocean Avenue or South Carolina Avenue Beach accesses, and just a short stroll to the Tiki Bar and Grill.
With Four Bedrooms and Three Full Baths, you can bring a family of 8 to make extraordinary memories of staying in your new house at the beach. You'll love it so much that you'll want to book it again for next year!
There are two Queen bedrooms, one with a Full Bed, and the fourth bedroom has a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full). Three very nice bathrooms round out the accommodations. The sparkling kitchen is well equipped and ready to host all of your meals and snacks. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy dining together when you combine the dinner table with the bar seating, and the open floor plan keeps everyone centralized and having lots of fun.
While in the area be sure to check out the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, where you will find shops, restaurants, and summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Take a stroll around the lake, which features farmers markets, paddleboats, festivals, and Sunday movie nights in the park. If you still want more, take a short drive down to Fort Fisher for some exploration of the battlefield and a leisurely visit to the NC Aquarium. Overall, we had a good stay at this home. It's about 4 blocks from the beach, or a 5-10 minute walk. The listing photos were pretty accurate, although this really isn't a "brand new" house as the listing says. Carpets are pretty dingy and could be replaced. My other thoughts:PROS: Has a washer and dryer, which we used most days to dry towels. Location is close enough to walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants. Garage is huge, we were able to leave all the beach gear in there and it's big enough for cars, though we just parked on driveway. Great dining room table that seats 6 (there are also barstools you can pull over to the table) and is perfect for playing board games. CONS: The biggest disappoint for me was the lack of adequate kitchen utensils and cookware. We usually prefer a rental home over a hotel so that we can do some cooking ourselves. This kitchen is sorely lacking. For example, there are only 4 drinking glasses and 7 forks in the entire house. There is no colander or can opener, both of which I really needed. There is only 1 oven mitt. There is 1 small baking sheet. I consider these pretty basic items that should be available. The sitting area could also use some work. The sectional didn't have a backrest along one part, so it doesn't seat many people. It would have been nice to have 2 accent chairs in the area with the sectional so that everyone in our group could sit in there together.

We were happy with our stay, it was only a few blocks away from the beach and the drive to restaurants and bars was not far either, the stay was nice, the only thing that I would say would be helpful for guests is for there to be more garbage bags, paper towels and toilet paper, we did have to go buy more, besides that everything was great!

Good location. Convenient to shopping and beach. Nice layout. Clean. Limited supplies. Providing only one of: paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bag, dishwasher pod and hand soap for 4 days was disappointing. Our unit did not have a can opener, colander and oven mitt was unusable due to a huge rip in it. Just adding an extra day of supplies and kitchen items would have made our stay more enjoyable.

The property was clean and nice very well maintained lots of steps inside home one fault was there were not basic items in the house extra garbage bags extra toiletry items basic items like spray oil and liquid hand soap when I go on vacation I don’t want to pack or pick up basic supplies most places I stayed have those items they are like from the dollar isle but they are equipped other than that property was nice but not advised if you have leg or knee issues due to steps
