• Beach chairs, wagon, small cooler, boogie boards, beach towels, and sand toys are included.
• Loads of kitchen amenities.
• Fully stocked laundry room.
• Parking for 4 cars.
• Outside shower.
• 2 separate patios.
• 4th floor studio has a private entrance accessible by exterior stairs. Note, elevator does not go to 4th floor.
• Centrally located near hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, golf, Carolina Beach Boardwalk, dining, fishing piers, Fort Fisher Aquarium, frisbee golf and more.

Loved our stay! House was perfect for our large family. Lots of stairs, we opted to not use the elevator but got our steps in. They offered many items for the beach which was amazing considering we were coming from Idaho. Thank you for letting us stay!
