The well equipped gourmet kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops with a composite granite sink and custom made cabinets. Everything is in place for you to prepare a snack or a gourmet meal.
There are Italian marble tiles throughout, quartz countertops, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and safe.
The large master bedroom contains a king sized bed with luxury linens, his and her closets, black out drapes, and overlooks the pool. A window opens to the atrium for a view of the ocean. The en suite master bathroom has a large tub, a separate travertine shower, and double vanity with a spa range of amenities provided.
The large second bedroom has twin beds with luxury linens. The twin beds can be converted to a king bed upon request. There is an en suite bathroom with a travertine shower and vanity with drawers. This room also overlooks the pool and has a small balcony.

The view is stunning! The pictures of the rental are accurate. We were pleasantly surprised at how roomy the entire place was. The balcony was large as well. The beach was convenient, and the staff at the location was incredibly accommodating. This rental is not only right on Grace Bay but several restaurants and many shops are a short walk. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!

Wonderful condo in a wonderful beach front location! We loved sitting on the patio relaxing, swimming ing the calm clean (not an ounce of seaweed), watching sunset from the beach. On- site staff did a great job - special thanks to Bev for keeping our place neat and clean. The condo was modern and had all amenity we needed.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa! The home was spacious, spotless, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, with beautiful sea views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The garden and outdoor space were a highlight, especially for enjoying meals and spending time together in the evenings. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone in our group.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Check-in was easy, and any questions we had were answered promptly. We also appreciated how convenient the location was for exploring Rome while still enjoying a quiet beach getaway.Overall, this was an excellent place to stay, and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a comfortable, relaxing vacation near the sea.
