The stylish and elegant 2,000 sq ft beachfront 2 bedroom deluxe condominium is located on the 3rd Floor of Villa Renaissance. Our unit is a a little larger than most - offering you and your family a little more space.
Please note: if you are unable to reserve your desired dates ask us about other villas in our rental group.
This suite can also be rented as a one bedroom villa (please ask for a 1 bedroom quote).
This stylish, third floor, 2-bedroom deluxe condominium, at Villa Renaissance is the perfect spot for family vacations, destination weddings, honeymoon, anniversary, romantic getaway and golfing vacations.
Our guests have spectacular views from their own large and private balcony. Grace Bay beach is spectacular, we love to sit on our balcony and take breakfast in the morning watching the world go by.
The décor reflects a high degree of sophistication and design. Throughout the suite you will find travertine marble floors and tiles. There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances, wheelie grocery cart, cooler, separate dining and living areas, washer and dryer (iron and ironing board), and a beautiful and spacious patio/balcony overlooking the ocean.
The large living area has a HD television, US Cable TV, DVD and secure Wi-Fi internet. The unit is fully Air conditioned with ceiling fans and in-room safe (we are not responsible for personal property).
DAILY HOUSEKEEPING IS PROVIDED.
The Master en suite bedroom has a king size bed, with the second bedroom also set out as a king. A 5th guest can be accommodated.
Both bathrooms are en-suite, with the extra space coming in the form of an additional powder room. Master bath has a bathtub and shower, illuminated mirrors, hairdryer and a double vanity. 2nd bathroom features a walk-in shower, illuminated mirrors, hairdryer and vanity.
This villa also has a pullout sofa bed to accommodate a 5th guest.

A short walk along our boardwalk brings you onto the powder-soft sand of award winning Grace Bay Beach, and the sapphire and turquoise waters. Numerous motorsports and non-motorized water-sports (such as paddle boarding , Kayaks or hobie cats), daily excursions, romantic secluded boat trips and more are available on Grace Bay.
The mosaic pool is a great place to swim, or relax beside the Caribbean gardens. Flood lit tennis is on site, and golf nearby.
Villa Renaissance is a romantic and private condotel inspired by Italian architecture. It has a large mosaic pool with a cooling whirlpool surrounded by lush Caribbean vegetation, a small air-conditioned fitness center and floodlit tennis court.

Next door you will find The Regent Village. Known locally as “the heart of Provo” you will discover duty free, numerous restaurants, small bars and lots of shops. Graceway Gourmet supermarket is only a short 10 minute walk away. We will even stock your villa with groceries prior to your arrival (nominal fee required).
Overlooking the sapphire and turquoise oceans and powder white soft stand, it is just wonderful to think that you can get away from it all. For an elegant, private and peaceful vacation, Villa Renaissance is perfect.

General Resort Rules:
Please note that use of the Resort Facilities is only available to those who are officially registered as a guest at Villa Renaissance reception desk in accordance with the Villa Renaissance Registration Policy.
The following rules are in place to ensure that everyone at the resort, including owners, resort guests and renters can enjoy our beautiful property. Please be guided accordingly.
• All units at Villa Renaissance are non-smoking, as is the entire property.
• The common corridors and areas outside the units entrance must be kept clear of pool floats, strollers, and any other personal belongings.
• Resort guests and renters are not allowed to have any pets in the units or on the common areas.
• BBQ grills are not allowed on the unit balconies, ground floor terraces or anywhere else in the common areas.
• The playing of music or any activity that creates noise within the unit or on the balcony must be limited to ensure it does not become a nuisance to others. Speakers are not allowed at the pool or beach-pls. use headphones.
• Towels and other items of clothing must not be hung on the balcony railing or elsewhere outside the unit.
• When leaving the beach please use the beach shower to rinse the sand off your feet before returning to the building or pool.
• All used beach towels should be returned to the towel bins so they can be laundered for reuse.
• Common areas are not playgrounds please respect our grass and plantings.
• The pool area is designated as a quiet area, ball games and other activities which can disturb the quiet enjoyment of the area are prohibited.
• Please refrain from running in the pool area or central breezeways to avoid injury.
• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Diving into the pool is prohibited.
• Pool side loungers are on a first come first served basis. Please do not attempt to pre-reserve a lounger for the day as your belongings will be removed at lunch time if the lounger is unoccupied to accommodate other guests.
• Glasses and glass containers (bottles) are not allowed on the poolside or around the pool area.
• The exercise room and the tennis court may only be used for their designated purposes:
The enjoyment of owners, their personal guests, resort guests and renters. Please observe posted age restrictions.
Water and electricity are precious commodities when on Island. Villa Renaissance is striving to be “green” and environmentally friendly. Please be considerate in your use of beach towels, and turn off air conditioning and lights when not required or in use. The condo complex was intimate, and there was a gorgeous beach with loungers. Shops were close, and I was able to walk to them.

Excellent stay! We had a breathtaking ocean view from the large lanai with plenty of spaces to sit, eat and lounge. Our unit was spacious and clean and provided everything we needed in the kitchen, as well as soap for the in-house laundry machines, towels, linens, WiFi etc. There were plenty of extra linens and pillows as well as bathrobes. There was also a closet with a beach cooler, leftover sunscreen from previous guests, and a few beach games. They also had a nice collection of board games! Brikell, the Guests Services Manager was polite and professional and excellent with on-going communication with anything we needed. The staff were very friendly. There were plenty of beach chairs, floaties for the ocean, and always enough chairs at the pool. It was surprisingly not crowded the entire time. You can order drinks from the small bar between noon and six. Lunch is brought by bag from the mother restaurant right next door, however, you can not charge anything to your room, so be prepared to pay each time. Being a light sleeper, the one negative was the loud music from a local bar nearby, which went on nightly until 3am. However, ear plugs, airpods with white noise solved that. It would not deter us from renting here again. One of the best vacations we have ever had. Thank you Villa Renaissance and Provo!

Love Villa Renissance! Have stayed there many times. We enjoyed staying in room 305 too. It has an amazing beach view from the balcony, the beds were very comfortable. It has lots of space, very clean and furniture is nice too.The staff are friendly and helpful & it’s so convenient to places to eat and shops.Always a very enjoyable stay for us!
