Quiet cul-de-sac within primarily residential area of Princeville. Steps to a 1/2 acre park, solely for the use of residents and visitors of this small subdivision. Short bike ride to beach access at turtle cove or Queen`s Bath. 5-10 minute bike ride to beach access at Sealodge Cove, Hideaways, or Anini Beach, or to the One Hotel, Princeville Center, and numerous restaurants.

No parties or additional guests allowed. Noise complaint fines - As this home is in close proximity to residential neighbors, it is imperative that noise levels be kept to a minimum throughout your stay, and that you honor the noise curfews of 9 pm through 8 am. This means, any disruptive noises, such as screaming, children playing loudly, talking/laughing loudly, at any time, may solicit a complaint from the neighbors. We ask that you manage your noise levels appropriately. If there are complaints re: noise, you will be contacted and informed of the type of noise that is a disturbance. If there are additional complaints, you may be charged up to $500 (in PV, the first noise complaint, if received from the PV patrol, is automatically $200). If there are further complaints, after multiple warnings and lo you will be asked to leave the property. As this home has AC, if you overuse/abuse the AC – defined as using more than 100kWH per day (*average dailv electrical use, in this property, with AC, is 40 - 60kWH) – you`ll be charged $50 per day of overuse.
