Welcome to The Cabana on Kauai!
This is a beautiful, remodeled condo with a balcony lanai. It has three comfortable bedroom/bathroom suites (the "Honu", "Shaka", and "Lanai" rooms) which makes it great for families, friends, and couples. Located overlooking the pool and tropical grounds, just a few steps from the fitness center, this upper level corner unit is open and bright, and captures the cool trade wind breezes. You'll enjoy sitting on the large covered lanai that opens to the living area with three sliding glass doors. Professionally decorated and meticulously maintained with an eye for detail.
The Cabana is located on the North Shore in the resort community of Princeville. It is a great home base for world class golfing, access to beaches (Hanalei, Tunnels, Anini, Hideaways), and adventures on the Garden Isle. We are located next to walking/jogging paths along the Princeville golf course fairways. You can follow these paths to the Princeville grocery store, restaurants, and shops.
Free on-site parking (parking pass provided).

This is an ideal property for three couples. Two bedrooms have ensuites, and the third bedroom has an adjacent dedicated bathroom. The central kitchen/living space is nice with three sliders out to the lanai. Location was good, check in was easy. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay here in Princeville. The location made it easy to get around, easy access to what we needed, and to see everything we planned. Our place was equipped with everything we needed as well. Our host was quick to respond to our questions and left great details about entering and exciting the property. I highly recommend this place.

This 3 bedroom condo is perfect for our family of 4. This was our 4th time staying in this condo. The two smaller bedrooms have their own portable air conditioners that both my boys really like to keep their rooms cool. Kitchen has mostly everything you will need. We did have to purchase a can opener and left it for the next guests. We look forward to staying her again on our next trip to Kauai.

Unfortunately, you can see and feel the remains from previous tenants use and/or "misuse" throughout the condo.
The patio (where you would want to spend most of ur time) is a chaotic mess of beat up, worn and torn furnishings. The old, tired bedspreads and pillows themselves all needed update and replacement (although the sheets themselves seemed clean). And more than half of the bath towels were worn and scratchy.
The irony is my sister rented a unit that actually was clean and beautiful for much less money in the same condo community, so to realize that I paid so much more for a sofa bed opportunity (which no one ended up sleeping on because it was old and the mattress was beat up) was super disappointing. The photos looked okay online so I trusted the word "gorgeous" noted in the listing, but this condo is not that at all.
General note regarding community. The area is pretty but the only amenity you are able to walk to (the pool and hot tub) closes at 9PM. You can walk or bike to Queens Bath, but not to the beach.
We thoroughly enjoyed Kauai but this condo was not a joy.
