Welcome to our lakefront condo, steps from Lake Pend Oreille in downtown Sandpoint. This one bed/one bath unit at Condo del Sol is the perfect getaway to enjoy everything Sandpoint has to offer year round.
Guests can enjoy our kayaks and bikes to explore the area, with all downtown shops and restaurants just 5 minutes away. The roomy lakefront balcony has cozy seating with endless views of the water and surrounding mountains. The condo complex has two (heated) community outdoor pools, tennis courts, and a marina with boat slips.
We are located in Condo del Sol, a waterfront living community that has been a fixture of Sandpoint since 1972. Condo Del Sol’s South Sandpoint location makes for easy access to downtown activities as well as lake and river fun. Walk, bike, or kayak to the Sandpoint Marina, City Beach, numerous restaurants, shopping, breweries, and coffee shops. Schweitzer Mountain Resort is only a 25 minute drive away.
Make use of the nearby Long Bridge bike and walking path and enjoy the fabulous lake and mountain views surrounding the complex. Two pools, two tennis courts, volleyball & basketball courts, a barbecue area and plenty of green space are also on the property.

The Stove top was very dirty.TV was difficult to operate.There was brown goo, oozing from bottom of shower door.
