The All Seasons Collection 30A proudly presents this "Spectacular Vacation Getaway," an exquisite addition to our portfolio of distinctive homes nestled in the town of Rosemary Beach.
Designed with coastal elegance in mind, this meticulously maintained home offers an open and airy atmosphere, ideal for creating cherished moments with family and friends. The first-floor living area exudes comfort, featuring plush seating, a modern, state-of-the-art kitchen, and a chic dining space reminiscent of Restoration Hardware's signature style. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, from the Venetian plaster walls to the floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors that open to a serene outdoor courtyard. This inviting space includes a dining and lounge area, a natural gas grill, an outdoor shower, and a spacious pool with cascading water features (pool heating available for $400 per week). A cozy king bedroom with an adjoining bathroom is also conveniently located on this floor.
On the second floor, you'll find a welcoming lounge area with a 55" TV, perfect for relaxing. This level boasts a luxurious King Master Suite with a spacious walk-in closet. The master ensuite features dual vanities, a large walk-in shower, and a stunning European soaking tub. Additionally, this floor includes a queen bedroom and a charming bunk room with four beds. These two bedrooms share a beautifully designed bathroom with a walk-in shower. A larger laundryroom is also located on this floor.
The third floor offers additional sleeping for the younger crowd 6 bunk style beds and an accompanying bathroom with a combination tub/shower. Every bedroom in the home is equipped with a TV for added convenience and entertainment.
