The apartment is on the 5th floor of the Vivian Residence with an exceptional location. In addition to the fact that it enjoys a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore up to the entire Magadino plain.

The Velker Office is located on the ground floor of the residence and there will always be someone available during the day (closed on Sunday)
THE DISTRICT
it is located a few minutes walk from the best centers and major attractions of the place.
For example: the Old Town, hospital, port, Casinò Grande, Lido di Locarno, tennis, golf, restaurants, markets and supermarkets, Cardada and Madonna del Sasso, woods, cycle paths, beaches,….
SBB Railways can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
The apartment is directly on the lake and in a central position. Ascona / Losone / Tenero reachable by car in a few minutes or also well reachable by bus, the stop is only 2 minutes on foot.
Tourist tax of 3. 25 Fr per person per night to be paid locally.

We just came back from our trip and if I could give 10 stars I would. The apartment is clean, spacious and overlooking an incredible view of Lago Maggiore, viewable from every room. The residence is located just 5 minutes walking from the Piazza and supermarket, while a short 10 minute walk will take you to the Lido. A heartfelt thank you again to Esmeralda and Giovanni for making our Locarno stay an unforgettable one. We are already planning our next trip!

A perfectly situated appartment, high standard, high level of security. Comfortable beds. Loud, one cannot sleep with an open window. Might be hot in summer. Small parking spaces. We were very happy and would like to come again. Thank you.
