The apartment is on the 5th floor of the Vivian Residence with an exceptional location. In addition to the fact that it enjoys a breathtaking view of the Lake Maggiore up to the entire floor of Magadino.
The apartment has a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. There is also a closet inside the apartment with a washer and dryer.
TV, Wi-Fi and parking in the garage is included.

The apartment is directly on the lake and in a central position. If you want to go to Ascona / Losone / Tenero it is also easily reachable by car in a few minutes, or by bus, the bus stop is only 2 minutes away on foot.

Unfortunately there was construction going on the road below, which was very noisy. Why would they work on it during high season?
