The kitchen boasts modern conveniences and a quaint dinette, perfect for intimate gatherings of four. The Master bedroom offers a spacious retreat with a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and ample space to unwind and settle in.
The second bedroom welcomes up to four guests with a queen-size bed and an additional twin bunk, ideal for families or friends. A newly renovated tiled full bathroom with a deep soaking tub/shower combo is conveniently located nearby.
Making your way outside and downstairs, on the ground level, you'll find two shower rooms, in addition to another bathroom - plus private dressing rooms. Great stay enjoyed this cottage was as listed, was very clean & inviting! initially didn’t understand that there was no access to the room under the house from inside had to go outside to enter. Turned out my boys really liked it cuz it was away from us when they retreated for the night. Would have benefited from a few more washcloths and with laundry in area under the house a clothes basket would’ve been helpful. We like our local channels which weren’t included but was able to watch World Cup on our phones. Nice that the beach was 1 1/2 blocks away, they had a wagon & chairs, which came in handy for the beacht. Note Golf carts are nice however can’t be parked at cottage / the locally owned golf cart rental was great to work with & we were able to park the golf cart across the street at the church (public parking) Note kitchen only seats 5 which is a tight fit, picnic tables on screened porch but 100 degree temps & high humidity prevented us from enjoying that feature. The bathroom was small, but the vanity’s in the bedrooms were helpful for getting ready. We loved the giant connect 4 game - didn’t really have a chance to play ping pong like we thought. Liked the hammock. Loves the sea turtle decor. All questions I had were answered in a timely manner and were very friendly & helpful & would recommend this company and location.

The house was adorable. Perfect little Tybee vacation rental. Well decorated and absolutely clean and spotless. Slight downside, the third bedroom (which is adorable, cool, and clean) was downstairs in the "unfinished part which made it awkward for my kid (but perfect if you have a visitor stay with you). The upside, which wasn't mentioned was the adorable outdoor shower setup and extra toilet downstairs. It was perfect first stop after a beach day! Also to note .. house is not on a beach access road to beach, just a very quick jaunt to the street behind you, but it did catch me off guard for a hot minute. Overall an absolutely fantastic stay... will come back for sure.

This home is really a two bedroom home with an optional bedroom under the main house. While the main part of the home is lovely and well appointed, the lower bedroom is not convenient for families. You have to go outside of the home and down the front porch stairs and under the house to get to the bedroom. Also the bathroom downstairs is separate from the bedroom so if you need to go to the restroom you have to go outside. Kind of like an outhouse. We stayed with 6 people and made the best of it but it wasn’t ideal. While we were there we had torrential rain and the lower level flooded. We had to wade through 3” of water to get to the bedroom and again if we needed the bathroom. This was probably an unusual circumstance but it is a problem to consider. I would recommend this home if you only need the two bedrooms upstairs (one king, one queen, and bunk beds). It is conveniently located, the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need, and it is comfortably decorated.
