Enjoy luxury and comfort in this beautifully-designed five-bedroom home just a few blocks from beach and Tybee Pier! This space has an open floor plan, new furnishings, and plenty of natural light. Whether you’re traveling with family or on business, this stylish home is the perfect place for easy access to the beach, local restaurants, and attractions.

The house is in the perfect location in the middle of town. Close enough to walk to the beach and park or drive a golf cart to all the local spots. This bright beach cottage is situated right off Butler Avenue. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach, marsh or park. This location is all about convenience and ease of travel. Regardless of where you need to get to on the Island, you’re only a brief walk or cart ride away.
As a guest, you can enjoy full access to the entire home including the upstairs apartment (accessible via exterior staircase). This includes access to the four beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry machines, front porch, side-yard with fire pit, fast wifi, cable TV, full kitchen, new furniture, and more in the main house and an additional sitting area with TV, kitchenette, full bath and 3 more beds in the apartment.
Anchored on 8th is a beach cottage that has been completely restored. With 4 BD | 2 BR layout in the main house, there is also a separate apartment with it’s own exterior entrance. The open floor plan contains a spacious kitchen with all of your basic cooking needs, a living area with plenty of seating and a smart TV, and a dining table equipped for 6. The apartment sleeps 4 (king bed, 2 twin beds), has its own full bath, Kitchenette and sitting area with a TV. Every bedroom is equipped with its own TV.
The exterior has 3 porches: the front porch has a ceiling fan with a bench and rocking chairs, the side porch has a grill with a pub table and bar stools and the apartment has its own landing with a sitting area. All perfect spots to enjoy a cup of coffee and smell the salt air. Lastly the side yard is equipped with a gas fire pit, adirondack chairs and string lights.

Beautiful home that worked out perfectly for hosting our group of 15! We loved sharing meals together in the kitchen area, on the porches, and by the fire pit. The beach is just a short walk away, where we got to enjoy sunrises annd sunsets, as well as storytelling under the stars.

Arrival and check in was so easy. Jana was a perfect host and responded quickly to all communication. We were a total of 11 people and rented the entire house including the apartment. We all fit easily and the space and beds are SO COMFORTABLE! Just a quick walk to the beach and close to shops and dining. Definitely 100% recommend.

Any family time is good but being together in one house for a few days was fantastic! We found that the property was conveniently located for beach access and other activities. We enjoyed the local restaurants very much. One of the highlights was the dolphin tour at Captain Derek’s.
