Set in the heart of a small, quiet residential area, it has been completely and tastefully renovated while retaining its original character, with golden stone walls, exposed beams and a decorative bread oven in the kitchen. The light-filled ground floor features a cosy living area with a lounge and dining area that opens directly onto the wooden terrace. Fitted kitchen. Toilet. The first floor comprises a mezzanine with study area, a large bedroom (1 double bed or 2 single beds) and a bathroom with toilet. In fine weather, you can also enjoy the shady enclosed grounds and wooden terrace with garden furniture, brazier and deckchairs. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the gîte. Basilique Notre-Dame de Fourvière 18 km, Musée des Beaux-Arts 19 km. Lyon-Saint-Exupéry airport 44 km away. Electricity and heating charges included all year round.
