In a village in the Berry region, with shops and ponds, just minutes from Lake Eguzon, this semi-detached house features a large reception room and a dormitory upstairs. It includes a courtyard with a pétanque court, a terrace, and a small grassy area, as well as a separate, independent house.
Extras: Bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, and heating are included in the price. Gîte Madeleine accommodation:
Ground floor: Large living room serving as a reception area with a bar, lounge area, dance floor, laundry room, WC, bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Upstairs: A large open-plan area with six alcoves, each containing a double bed (140 cm) and two benches.
Air-conditioned, WC, and bathroom.
Detached house Gîte des Ecoles:
Ground floor: living room with dining area, sofa bed (sleeps two), dining area, and equipped kitchen (no oven but microwave/grill) - shower room/WC.
Upstairs: open attic bedroom (no door from the stairs) with two double beds, desk area, and access to a small balcony.
Electric heating included in the price.
Outside: a terrace, a pétanque court, and a landscaped courtyard.
Electric heating included in the price (Large air-conditioned gîte). Terrace with direct access to the living room and access to the gîte via the courtyard with three steps and another step to reach the front of the gîte. Parking (on the street) in front of the gîte or in the village square. The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable and controlled consumption - if the cottage is heated by electricity you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
