This beautifully renovated home and NEW outdoor living space and pool will help you take relaxation to a new level. The salt water pool has a Baja shelf, two in-water loungers, umbrella, bubbler, and waterfall. The pool deck area is large and has additional loungers and conversational seating.
The home features an open floor plan for effortless enjoyment and entertaining. The living room has a 65 inch Samsung Smart TV and a spacious sectional for watching your favorite network shows or sign into Netflix's using your account info! The kitchen overlooks the living room with bar seating for four, all new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, lots of cabinets, and comes fully stock! I love cooking and entertaining! I have tried to supply everything you could need to create unforgettable memories around great food, drinks, and lots of laughter!
Just off the kitchen, you will find a "work from home" desk with a 12 port charging tower for all your mobile and computer needs.
The dining room has seating for 6 people and French doors that open onto the 630 sqft exterior screened patio. Enjoy the warm sunshine while having coffee in the morning or relax with a glass of wine around the fire table. Enjoy outdoor dining from the 6-seat outdoor dining table and HUGE outdoor umbrella during the day or cozy intimate dinners with soft lighting (on a timer on at 5pm and off at 11pm) in the evening.
Sleeping accommodations:
-Master bedroom with King bed, 55-inch TV, attached master bath, double dresser, and spacious mirrored closet.
-Bedroom #2 with two twin XL beds and 43-inch TV, three chests of drawers, and ample closet.
-Bedroom #3 with a Queen bed and 55-inch TV, double dresser, two storage nightstands, and spacious mirrored closet.
The master bath and hall bath have spacious tiled showers with extra tall frameless glass shower enclosures, new toilets, cabinets, quartz countertops, and plenty of storage space.
Other amenities include ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room, private screened-in lanai, outdoor seating, and fire table, Starlink satellite WIFI, full-size washer/dryer in the laundry room, propane BBQ grill, two adult Tricycles with combo lock to ride to the beach or downtown Naples, 4 Beach chairs, one umbrella, assorted pool floats, and six oversized beach towels. This is a non-smoking home. Dogs up to 30lbs are welcome with pre-approval and Pet Fee.
If you are traveling with infants or toddlers, we can supply a pack-n-play and a high chair upon request. We do not leave these at the home unless requested, so please requested to the time of booking.

Great home! Very clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Beach amenities in the garage! Pool area was great! Neighborhood was very nice. Would stay here again definitely!

Our stay was amazing! The house is very clean, beautifully appointed and well stocked. I was worried that the property did not have reviews but Jason recently purchased it and sent me a link to the old listing. It did not disappoint! The beds were comfortable and the linens were good quality. The pool is beautiful with plenty of chairs and even a couple of floats in the garage.There is a nice gas grill and fireplace on the lanai. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay perfect including a cooler, beach umbrella, beach chairs and a beach blanket! Also two nice bikes that are great for riding to the beach or around town. The kitchen is fully stocked including insulated wine tumblers and coffee travel mugs. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive to the heart of Naples.There is also a detailed binder summarizing the beaches, restaurants and things to do. We highly recommend the property and Jason was very responsive.
