We had great experience at this property and enjoyed our quick stay in the Naples area! The house is brand new construction and the owners have done a good job furnishing, from high end furniture to even having the dining room table set for dinner when we arrived! It's the little things that matter, like having bottled water onsite, or coffee stocked for the Nespresso, or pool towels and plenty of bath towels. This property has it all set. The house was very clean, comfortable and great for a family. Some may find the dip pool small, but we came for the beaches, so we didn't really use the backyard much. The communication with property management was great and very prompt with direct text messages for a couple of small questions I had during the stay. Directions for check in and house rules were easy and spelled out in a binder, and the check in and checkout process were easy and clear. Overall it's a great house if you're travelling to the Naples area and I would recommend it highly!
